Attack the thrilling rides at Six Flags then relax on sun-drenched beaches in Cape Cod. And remember, the cost for these adventures is already included in your tuition – that’s the ACA way!

Wicked Cool Boston Weekend Adventure

Freedom Trail– Follow the steps of our nation’s history as you walk past Paul Revere’s house, the Old North Church, The State House, Faneuil Hall, The USS Constitution and the Bunker Hill Monument.

Blue Man Group– Blue Man Group shows have swept the country from New York to Boston to Las Vegas with an intense barrage of sight and sound, art and action. ACA gets you front-row seats, so you can bet that you’re gonna get wet!

Prudential Center & Newbury St.– You’re sure to find a favorite shop at the Prudential Center and Skywalk Observatory, the top shopping and dining locale in New England, with more than 75 boutiques and restaurants.

New England Aquarium– One of the premier aquariums in the country, you’ll be captivated by the incredibly diverse marine life and 200,000-gallon Giant Ocean Tank.

JFK Library– Page through the books and papers of one of our nation’s favorite presidents and see the hold that “Camelot” still has on the American political imagination.

Fenway Park– Home of the famous “Green Monster” – the 37-foot left-field wall that has been intimidating batters for decades.

Boston Common– Throw a Frisbee, kick a soccer ball, or just bask in the sun in the country’s oldest public park.

Quincy Market & Faneuil Hall– That All-American idea of “no taxation without representation” was born here, as was the gathering of patriots who led the Boston Tea Party. Today, Quincy Market is one of Boston’s favorite entertainment and culinary destinations.

Providence, Rhode Island Weekend Adventure

 

Rhode Island’s capital, known for rich history, beautiful architecture and rolling hills, has a strong academic community and reflects more than three hundred years of diverse cultural influence. We’ll tour the Ivy League campus at Brown and then visit great art galleries of the Rhode Island School of Design. After spending time touring RISD and Brown, we’ll head out for some fun on the town in Providence. Tour the Providence Place Mall, a three-story retail palace with upscale shops, restaurants, an IMAX Theater and video arcade. After dinner, explore more of Providence and see the riverfront come ablaze as you walk past the one hundred sparkling bonfires of WaterFire.

Cape Cod Weekend Adventure

Perhaps the most beloved vacation destination on the East Coast, “The Cape” has almost 560 miles of coastline, making it the perfect place for swimming, snorkeling and sailing, along with just relaxing on a warm, sandy beach. Cape Cod is also home to legendary restaurants, historic landmark homes and even a premier summer baseball league. Spend the afternoon enjoying the miles of sun-drenched sand, or grabbing some ice cream and strolling through many quaint beachside shops and restaurants. If you want to catch more than just rays, grab a football or Frisbee. For a better view of the shoreline, grab a bike and pedal around the cape. 

Six Flags & Basketball Hall of Fame

Six Flags New England– Brace yourself for real summer thrills at the]region’s largest theme park. See if you can tame the #1 steel roller coaster in the world.

Hurricane Harbor Water Park– An action-packed experience featuring unique rides that are sure to get your heart thumping, from water coasters and wave pools to raft rides and fantastic waterslides.

Basketball Hall of Fame– Who’s up for hoops history? Basketball fans will make a short detour en route to Six Flags to check out the legacy of Michael Jordan, Dr. J and even Wilt Chamberlain’s 100-point jersey!

New York/Ivy League Extension (1 Week)

What’s not to love about New York City? The bustling streets and bright lights make it the world’s favorite city, and ACA gives you all that energy and excitement at its very best! With ACA as your guide, you’ll visit world-renowned museums, marvel at landmark architecture, and even check out a bit of off-Broadway theater. Hungry? Grab a giant slice of pizza, the world’s best bagels or a mile-high pastrami sandwich to refuel after a walk through Central Park.

It’s almost impossible to believe that in the midst of all this urban excitement, some of the world’s greatest universities thrive. You’ll visit NYU and Columbia, of course. Then walk around fabled neighborhoods like SoHo and Greenwich Village, or achieve shopper’s nirvana on 5th Ave. Save some energy for people-watching in Times Square and a trip to the top of the Empire State Building. Last but not least, pay a visit to Lady Liberty herself to crown your visit.

After you’ve taken a big bite out of the Big Apple, we’ll head out to visit three truly renowned universities: Yale, Penn and Princeton. It’s an Ivy League road-trip that takes you to the absolute top of higher education!
